I had to solve Mejuris problem for them and they never explained the technical issue they had with their website. To “make it up to me” they have offered a 15pc on a future order ie they can only help me if I spend more money with them. This is not acceptable and an awful way to treat customers because it only benefits them and does not take into account I may never make an order with them. They also said they retrospectively applied a discount for me, as if I should be so grateful, when it was what I was entitled to when I made the order the first time but their website had a glitch. Awful company. Awful customer service. They said in their previous response in my review about a standard they hold. Absolute lies. Happy to take money and not refund it / fulfil order. Do not help with solving issues. Their offer to make up for poor service is unacceptable. Never buying from here again.
