I like the jewelry. But the staff are hit and miss. Some are lovely and kind and some are rude and stand off ish. Nothing in the store has prices, so you have to ask for each item and the clerk pulls it up on a device. When she was showing us something on her device that was not in the store, my friend asked if she could hold the device to see it better because the image was small. The clerk rudely said, no this stays in my hands. Now I understand if there are some reasons that they can’t hand over their device. But you don’t have to act like your customers are lepers when you do. Just politely explain it. We left and came back to buy the piece from a nicer staff member. But sadly I’ve had experiences like this a few times.
