I have scheduled a piercing appointment at your store in Toronto- Ossignton on Saturday morning. I did receive the email with the very unreasonable 5 mins max delay time. I’ve done everything I could to cross the City and be there in time, but traffic is unpredictable and I was late by less than 10 mins. I was declined the appointment with no questions asked. The staff member was rude when I tried to explain. If you offer this service please be more flexible and respect the time client’s are putting into this. It reflects at your brand image as a whole and I have no desire to purchase anything from Mejuri anymore.
