I placed my order on February 1 and paid $18 for priority shipping, expecting delivery by Valentine’s Day or shortly after. As of today, February 20, I have not received my package, and I have not received a response to my previous email. I requested a refund for the priority shipping still no response.
I email this company since my order had NOTHING TO DO with what I saw in the advertisement. The product is lack of sharpness and with a blue tint. Very dissatisfied. They replied stating I can return the item but since this is a personalized item they will deduct 30% of the price plus shipment. THESE ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I'm really pleased with this product. After the tragic loss of my son this year, I purchased one for each of his children, as well as one for myself. They even included angel wings for me, which was a lovely touch. I will definitely be ordering again in the future—completely satisfied!
This idea is absolutely adorable, and I bought both the front and back pieces, which were fine except for the back. I didn't anticipate that the wording would be repeated on the back, as typically a shirt wouldn't have the same text on both sides. The bow in the hair and the different patterned pant leg were nice touches, but the wording was unnecessary. I didn't include special instructions because I thought it was implied. Although it was made overseas and tracking was challenging, my granddaughter will still love it. However, for a $31 gift, I believe more attention to detail could have been applied. Unfortunately, I doubt there’s enough time for a remake, so I’ll stick with this one. It truly is cute.
