Don't purchase online from Melanie Lynn. I bought two pairs of pants (the same style, different colours) on the final sale, but they look nothing like the photo on their website - they are horrible, and I doubt they want them back because anyone who physically went into a store would not have purchased them. I was under the impression that they could be returned for a gift card. Although they were on sale, they were not cheap. I called the customer service number given to me by the store clerk when I tried to return them in-store. The person from customer service was very difficult to understand and just kept repeating the same thing. I've purchased from Melanie Lynn and Laura's in person and online for years. I will never purchase online from either again.
