Terrible experience. I ordered the classic rise leggings (not the tall version), but the pair I received appears to be made for someone extremely tall. The rise is so high it would reach my chest. I didn’t even try them on because I’ve already had a similar issue with another pair in the same rise and knew immediately these wouldn’t work.When I contacted customer service to request a return, they asked whether the seal had been opened—which, of course, it had. You have to at least remove the item from the packaging to see if it fits. After I responded, they completely stopped replying and have ignored multiple follow-up emails requesting a return.On top of that, the photos on their website are very misleading. The leggings are marketed as a standard rise, but what I received is clearly high-rise and does not match the product images at all.Overall, poor product accuracy and even worse customer service.
