UPDATE:I regretfully need to update my rating and remove one star due to the unsatisfactory customer service experience. It is disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and an apparent disregard for the customer's needs, particularly regarding the inability to consolidate bills into a single invoice, a standard practice for most finance departments. I hope the company can improve its customer service and demonstrate a greater commitment to addressing customer concerns in the future.Original Review:Melbicom has one of the fastest 10Gbps networks I have experienced. Pretty much all of the VPS locations they are offering are performing consistently around 5-8 Gbps. This is great and the prices are also very competitive.There are two shortcomings of Melbicom, otherwise, it would have been five stars.1) The company is based in Lithuania. As you might expect the customer service speaks very poorly English and customer service etiquette is generally lacking. 2) They tend to block port 25 on some of their VPS to prevent spam. But this isn't done consistently across all of their offerings, which is strange. We use POSTIX to connect to AWS SES to send out system health check emails to our staff. Not allowing that is not great for us. Surely there must be better ways than blocking port 25 altogether.
