My experience (May 2025): 1. Payment - Paid for a one-month VPS via cryptocurrency on May 18. 2. Technical requirement - Needed four specific IPv4 addresses within the provider’s network and was willing to pay for manual assignment. 3. Support response - 'IPs are assigned automatically, we can’t do that manually.' Requested a refund — no response. 4. KYC twist - 24 hours later, they froze the order and demanded a passport/ID/utility bill photo to 'activate' the service. I chose crypto to avoid sharing personal documents, and their website didn’t mention KYC for crypto payments. 5. Result - No server, no refund, money held until I provide personal data. Bottom line: They take your money first and then impose undisclosed requirements. If you value your time, privacy, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
