I purchased a hat for my husband, but it wasn't his style, so we tried to exchange it for another. Unfortunately, the return process didn't allow for an exchange, and the refund amount was much lower than what I paid. To make matters worse, it seems I have to pay for the return shipping. This was very disappointing. It had the potential to be a better experience, but it just wasn’t.
