I bought a hat for my husband, but it didn't suit his style, so we tried to exchange it. Unfortunately, the return process didn't allow for an exchange, and the refund was much less than what I originally paid. Additionally, it seems I have to pay for return shipping. This experience was quite disappointing; it had the potential to be better, but ultimately fell short.

This was very disappointing. It had the potential to be a better experience, but it just wasn’t.
I found some great hats and received genuinely excellent customer service. I was looking for a cap that could withstand wear and tear, looked good, and was waterproof. I ordered one and was impressed with the high quality and durability. It arrived on time, well-packaged, and I was thrilled with my purchase. A few months later, I tried to order two more, but due to delivery restrictions in my country, the courier couldn't ship to my address. I reached out and got a quick, apologetic response with a clear explanation. They kept me updated without me having to chase them and even explored alternatives, which I appreciate. Overall, first-class service along with great hats. Highly recommend!
They may not be cheap, but they are fantastic. I ordered three caps and ended up keeping two because they were so good. Delivery took just two days. I can't fault them on the caps or the service. Returning the cap I didn’t keep was easy. My only issue is that I want more, but luckily the one I want is out of stock. I will definitely order from them again.
I should have realized when the website was slow and clunky that my experience would be disappointing. After nearly 15 days, my order has missed its delivery date with the courier and is stuck on a truck five states away, not moving for almost 48 hours, according to customer service.

Days later, I was informed that my chosen color was no longer available. It felt like there was no oversight on my order. For a brand aiming for high-end status, the service was disappointing. I won’t be ordering again.
