I was excited to order my first cap, but the wrong item was sent. I had to return it and then follow up multiple times to find out when the correct item would be sent. They acknowledged missing the exchange, but after several errors and over three weeks, I still don’t have my cap. They respond to emails quickly, which is why I gave it two stars, but overall, the service has been poor while they hold my payment. Very disappointing.
