I bought a pair of sunglasses in late June 2025 and started using them in July. After a short period of normal use, white marks and lines appeared around the lenses. I contacted the support team on 24 September with photos, describing the issue and requesting a replacement or refund. I followed up on 24 October since I hadn’t received a response. Now it’s December, and I still haven’t heard anything. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a company that claims to be high quality. I genuinely liked the design, but the product quality and total silence from the support team make it hard for me to recommend this brand. Unless they improve their customer support, I won’t be making any more purchases.
