I want to share some constructive feedback. I placed my order on December 20th, and it was delivered on January 2nd. I understand this is a busy season, but the delay was longer than expected compared to other platforms. Additionally, my order was incorrect. While you have agreed to fix this and send the correct items at no charge, I am concerned about how long that might take. I also received an email requesting a review despite my average experience thus far. If the correct product arrives and meets my expectations, I will be pleased. I felt it was important to provide feedback as building a business is challenging, and customer retention is invaluable. Moreover, how mistakes are addressed can strengthen brand loyalty. I bought a pair of sunglasses in late June 2025 and started using them in July. After a short period of normal use, white marks and lines appeared around the lenses. I contacted the support team on 24 September with photos, describing the issue and requesting a replacement or refund. I followed up on 24 October since I hadn’t received a response. Now it’s December, and I still haven’t heard anything. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a company that claims to be high quality. I genuinely liked the design, but the product quality and total silence from the support team make it hard for me to recommend this brand. Unless they improve their customer support, I won’t be making any more purchases.
Despite the busyness, I received a prompt response. Even though I was a bit assertive, the products are truly high quality, and you deserve all the praise. I'm thankful for this. I ordered four glasses, and each one is just as I envisioned. Best of luck! 🍀🦾
