Now they are asking for an extra $270 to ship this second item. One mistake might be understandable, but two raises serious concerns about the company's practices, suggesting a possible bait-and-switch tactic on their website. I will hold off on further actions until I receive my refunds, but this situation has made me question the legitimacy of their positive reviews.
