Encouraged by positive reviews, I decided to order another item, only to receive a similar message about mispricing after they had confirmed the order and shipping. Now they are asking for an extra $270 to ship this second item. One mistake might be understandable, but two raises serious concerns about the company's practices, suggesting a possible bait-and-switch tactic on their website. I will hold off on further actions until I receive my refunds, but this situation has made me question the legitimacy of their positive reviews.

Misleading Pricing

Before I could reply, they informed me I would receive a refund, which I'm still waiting for. Encouraged by positive reviews, I decided to try another item, only to receive the same mis-pricing message after they accepted my order and claimed it had shipped. Now they want another $270 to ship this item! One mistake is understandable, but two indicates this may not be a trustworthy company and could be engaging in misleading practices online.
