STAY AWAY DON'T FALL FOR THIS FRAUD!
I purchased a low double bed for my 1yr old son as a birthday gift, the purchase was made on November 17th, 2025. Today it's February 16th, 2026 and I'm still dealing with this issue.

After I completed the purchase and waiting 2 weeks for the seller to get in touch about the delivery, they never even attempted contacting me, so I initiated contact to check when the delivery would happen. The communication with them was very broken, they would say one thing and then do another. After a long wait, I finally received the bed 3 weeks after the purchase and because I chased on the delivery.

The bed that was delivered was THE WRONG BED, not the one I had ordered, and the quality was awful, you could see all the staples on the fabric (against the wood part), there was no finishing touches just a cheap fabric stapled onto cheap plywood. All staples exposed, not only looking horrendous but causing hazard.

I messaged them via whatsapp (they never replied to emails), they said they would send a new bed and pick up the wrong one, they promised they would deliver a high quality bed. This high quality bed never arrived, I chased them again and again, and they stopped replying back/picking up my calls.

On December 22nd I decided to file a Paypal claim (as I had purchased this item on paypal credit). I am still dealing with this until today, Feb 16th. The seller does not cooperate with anything, does not pick up my calls or reply to messages. Paypal needs the seller to pick up the item in order to process the refund, and of course the seller keeps on lying, saying they will do the pick up, but never do. I'm now filing a fraud against them, and working with Paypal to resolve this.

So to avoid all this headache, don't fall for their website, and don't buy from them.

I had an absolutely disgusting…

I had an absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered my bed which was all fine, and I had it delivered on the 7th of January 2026 they forgot to bring me my Ottoman box which I ordered and then when I went to ask about it, they wouldn’t reply and we’re just fobbing me off and then when I continue to put the rest of the bed up I was delivered a king size gas lift for a double bed the bed was out of shape and all the parts didn’t fit I contacted them multiple times they do not answer the phone and will not answer my text The bed also come with marks over which I sent them so now my bed is useless and I’ve paid them in cash and I cannot put it up also still haven’t received my Ottoman box I would not recommend buying from this company. It’s not worth the hassle!

Liars liars only liars and the bed never ever came

I dont know what kind of people they are…they are not people at all, they are animals. They lied to me sooo many times. The bed never came. They was continuosly saying to me that the bed will come wednesday, Saturday, and twice I got the day off unpaid from work waiting for the bed that never came. Then I order and other bed at their page, mellow and bespoke beds, he “the boss himself” the the phone number +44 7498 758603 he asured me 1000% that the bed will come this week…so.. i sold the other bed of my daughter just to make space for the new one. I just called the driver, who yesterday called me and told me that he was loading my bed and he would be here tonight, and he told me that my bed wasnt ready yet. I called “the boss” and now he told me that wasnt his fault but manifacture hasent brought it. He didnt makes the beds. Im devastated….the worst people I have ever seen…

Warning to Others:Please be cautious when dealing with this company.They delivered a broken headboard to me. At first, they agreed to replace it, but now they are ignoring my calls and messages.If you have experienced something similar, here’s what you can do:1. Report the company to Trading Standards — they have a registered company number.2. Keep all evidence, including WhatsApp messages, delivery confirmations, and screenshots from Facebook if that’s where you found them.3. You can apply to the Small Claims Court even if you paid in cash.4. Submit all your evidence (chat messages, ring doorbell recordings, delivery confirmations, etc.) to support your claim.Don’t let them get away with it — stand up for your rights as a customer.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. I bought a bed and the incorrect style arrived - I ordered a floor bed and this was a normal platform bed. I raised this with them and they ignored me for a few days until I called them and spoke to someone who said they would resolve it and send the correct sides. Said they would come on Wednesday, didn’t arrive, then I chased them up daily and was ignored until eventually they said Saturday and no show again no response from them. Then I chased again and finally another response saying Wednesday again and I’ve asked for a time and no reply. It sounds like not a dissimilar experience to many of the other reviews I am now seeing from customers. Really disappointed with the service and the product and am shocked that they think this is an appropriate way to run a business. I have seen someone’s comments below on what to do to hold these people accountable so I will be following those steps. I strongly urge no one else to waste their money with this company

Stay well clear of this company

Stay well clear of this company. Firstly it was to be delivered between 12-4pm shows up at 10.30pm. Driver had to ask for someone to help bring in bed. Second: pistons not working Third: poor quality Fourth: gold strip on bed is squint Fifth: material not stitched down properly Sixth: mattress has spring coming through and popping out, corners are only padded. Response from company has been zero. They have a return policy which is not valid as they haven’t even tried to sort anything.

Would not use. I purchased a bed and they would not help with the fault said they would and then totally ignored me they wouldnot replyto my messagesor phonecalls. Please do not buy a bed from this company. Very disappointed.
