I placed my order on July 12. The day after, I realized the company had longer delivery times than most others, meaning the order wouldn’t arrive before I left for vacation—when I actually needed the item.I first contacted them through their website’s contact form, requesting a cancellation or, alternatively, a change in size, as I was unsure whether I’d ordered the correct one. I followed up via email on July 16, but never received a reply - however, when I wanted to return my order, they responded the next day.In the end, I had to pay just over 200 DKK in customs fees. The trousers didn’t arrive until July 28, and they are far too big. Now I have to pay another 200 DKK to return them, which together is more than half the value of the order—and now I’m also facing a wait for the return and refund process.The trousers are of decent quality and a cool design, but as an international buyer, I honestly don’t think it’s worth the trouble.(It’s also quite difficult to choose the right size—especially as a woman—since they don’t include hip measurements or show the items on female models.)
