Meloncube's hosting is just okay (It just works but is not great) but their support is horrible, I have had a ticket open for nearly a month trying to get back into my account after their 2FA page broke. I got back into my account about a week ago to find that my service was apparently cancelled (I still would have had a few months left on my service) and I lost access. I opened a ticket and haven't gotten any meaningful response since. This has happened to me twice.
