We had a wonderful experience with the Melon Taxi. We booked the taxi online for return trip to and from the hotel. Our arrival and departure time were very very early in the morning. But they delivered the service right in time. They were constantly in touch in WhatsApp since we booked the ride. The customer service was very nice, efficient, and accommodating. I will use the service next time.
