I accidentally mixed up the dates. When I reached out to the support team at 12:45 AM, they responded almost instantly! I didn't have to navigate through countless automated messages or press a bunch of buttons to connect with a live representative; I was able to talk to someone on the phone within moments!
Complete scam and letdown. I bought a ticket for my son months ahead for about $3,500, but had to cancel due to unfortunate events. The support team promised a full refund for cancellations, and I had insurance worth about $500. However, the refund was only $1,500. Terrible service. Stay away.
