I ordered an advent calendar on September 25th. After returning from holiday on December 5th, I found it hadn't been delivered. I contacted customer service over the weekend, and they claimed it had been sent, but there's no tracking info. I never received a confirmation email from the courier, so I doubt their claims. The order seems to have been overlooked, and it's frustrating. How can a company that claims to be top-tier not track orders effectively? Very unprofessional response from customer service. This is the second order in a row I've had issues with. Please improve your service. I'm extremely disappointed and now without a gift for my wife.
