I purchased 5 bars of the Christmas chocolate at £10 for a 90-gram bar. For that price, it didn’t stand out. Three of us shared a bar, and none of us were particularly impressed. I had higher expectations, but this didn’t meet them. Three stars for the chocolate itself, but not a good value.

I am very dissatisfied. I've been trying to reach the support team for over a week. The delivery is supposed to take 1-2 days, and it should have arrived before Christmas, but it hasn't. Now it's going back for reasons unknown, especially since the recipient is elderly and always home. Poor service.
I ordered an advent calendar on September 25th. After returning from holiday on December 5th, I found it hadn't been delivered. I contacted customer service over the weekend, and they claimed it had been sent, but there's no tracking info. I never received a confirmation email from the courier, so I doubt their claims. The order seems to have been overlooked, and it's frustrating. How can a company that claims to be top-tier not track orders effectively? Very unprofessional response from customer service. This is the second order in a row I've had issues with. Please improve your service. I'm extremely disappointed and now without a gift for my wife.
I'm quite upset about my experience today and the dismissive attitude from customer service. I purchased a 'vegan' gift for a friend who is strictly vegan. However, the packaging clearly lists milk as an ingredient. The response I got was that this is standard packaging and assured me it would be vegan inside. They refused to acknowledge that I cannot give this to my friend as she wouldn't accept it. I want a refund, but they say there's 'nothing wrong' with the product. Be cautious.
I ordered a log cabin advent calendar for my sister, but unfortunately, half the chocolates were missing. However, the chocolates were excellent, and they quickly sent a replacement calendar at no extra charge! The chocolates were fantastic, especially the roasted green tea one, which I would love to see as a full bar. The presentation was beautiful. Overall, a positive experience and a great gift!
A wonderful place for coffee and chocolate treats near the park. They offer delicious artisanal chocolates, including individual pieces, paired with tasty hot drinks, especially nice for those who choose to sit in. The service is friendly and helpful. I've been here before and will definitely return. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
