I'm quite upset about my experience today and the dismissive attitude from customer service. I purchased a 'vegan' gift for a friend who is strictly vegan. However, the packaging clearly lists milk as an ingredient. The response I got was that this is standard packaging and assured me it would be vegan inside. They refused to acknowledge that I cannot give this to my friend as she wouldn't accept it. I want a refund, but they say there's 'nothing wrong' with the product. Be cautious.
