In our block of 36 flats, one tenant has been causing issues by urinating in the stairwells. This behavior is disgusting and unhygienic. The managing agents have not utilized CCTV to address the problem and have ignored our concerns. Other residents, particularly families, are feeling unsafe and have moved out.
