As a long-term leaseholder in a block of 36 flats, I've faced ongoing issues since the Covid lockdown. The managing agents have not sent any demands for insurance renewals or ground rent payments, leading to arrears that are not my fault. I've made formal requests for documents that were ignored. Recently, I received a threatening communication regarding court action, which was misleading. The management functions have completely stopped, and despite my attempts to reach out, I've received no response. The property is currently at risk of being uninsured due to unpaid charges.

If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. The service charges keep increasing, now nearing £2,000 for a small block of former council flats. This is unaffordable and is making the flats unsellable. The recent cost for fire doors was £2,000 for two years, which is ridiculous. They need to be banned from managing properties as they are exploiting everyone.
The communication has been disgraceful. I've been trying to get a simple clarification since January, but my emails have gone unanswered. Although I managed to reach a representative by phone, she refuses to help. This negligence is jeopardizing important transactions.
This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Unfortunately, I have no choice as they represent my freeholders. They are unhelpful and rude, using the 'covid' excuse for their lack of communication. If you have a choice, I recommend avoiding them.
