I bought a probiotic face cream in July and initially liked its moisturizing properties. However, by mid-October, it developed a rancid smell, making it seem spoiled. Some days, there was a brown liquid on top. I was hesitant to apply potentially spoiled product to my face, so I reached out to the support team. Their reply suggested using creams within six months of opening (which was still valid for mine) and replacing it if it smelled off or got contaminated. This response was surprising considering the price of one jar is $48! I had only used about a third of it.
