I bought the probiotic face cream in July and initially appreciated its moisturizing properties. However, by mid-October, it began to emit a foul, rancid odor as if it had spoiled. There were even days when a brown clear liquid appeared on top. I was reluctant to apply potentially spoiled product to my face, so I reached out to the support team. Their reply was to use creams within six months of opening (which was still within the timeframe for my cream) and to replace it if it became contaminated or smelled off. This response was surprising, especially considering the price of one jar is $48! I had barely used a third of it.

I tried the green tea cleanser, which burned around my eyes. The probiotic moisturizer left my skin feeling tight and dry. The lavender balm smelled pleasant but had a grainy texture. The lemon deodorant had a strong cleaning scent. While it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin, the smell was overpowering for me and my children. They sent me two emails asking for reviews shortly after I received the products, offering discounts for reviews with photos or videos. I didn’t feel comfortable sharing my face online. I gave my honest feedback, but my reviews weren’t posted, making me suspect they only accept positive ones. So, be cautious when buying from them.
I haven’t even received my products yet, but the communication has been outstanding. They even called me to inform me that one of the products I selected contained an ingredient I’m allergic to (avocado) and suggested an alternative. Impressive customer service! I can’t wait to try the products.
I ordered the SPF 50 sunscreen. The communication and delivery were great, and the product has a fairly neutral scent. My lower rating is due to its greasy feel and appearance on the skin. I wouldn’t buy it again for this reason, and I felt it wasn’t worth the hassle to inquire about a refund, which is at their discretion and requires the buyer to pay for postage.
I recently received an order from the company. The packaging was lovely, and each item was securely packed, arriving in perfect condition. All the products look amazing, and after using them, my skin feels fantastic. The fact that all products are cruelty-free adds to the appeal. Overall, great service!
