I bought the probiotic face cream in July and initially appreciated its moisturizing properties. However, by mid-October, it began to emit a foul, rancid odor as if it had spoiled. There were even days when a brown clear liquid appeared on top. I was reluctant to apply potentially spoiled product to my face, so I reached out to the support team. Their reply was to use creams within six months of opening (which was still within the timeframe for my cream) and to replace it if it became contaminated or smelled off. This response was surprising, especially considering the price of one jar is $48! I had barely used a third of it.
