It's a pathetic company with zero customer skills. I booked a two way flight with memberdeals. While I was returning, airline didn't allow me to fly as I had 2 european stops which requires a transit visa which I get it. I booked another return fligt for $1500 CAD. I reached my destination and called memberdeals, informed them the issue. They said they are giving me future credit which I can use it anytime and it doesn't have to be used within 1 year. I confirmed this twice once in February 2025 and once in September 2025. I made a plan to use the credit to use in March and they said it can't be used in March as it is limited to 1 year. I told them it's your team who confirmed that, they said they are going to listen to the recording and will follow up. I told them the exact date when I made calls. So far I have made around 20 calls and they are not accepting their fault. I feel helpless. Few names that I spoke to in this company are Younas, Saeed, Alshaswita, Irfan who I think is a supervisor. Please avoid this company at all cost, they have zero ethics and negative customer service skills. They always say that they will call back but never have I ever received a call back from this pathetic company.They confirmed on the call twice that I can use the future credit anytime and when I booked my vacation for March and called them to book the flight, they just said no on my face. I lost around $1200 worth of future credit because of their fault. I am going to file a case against them.Trip Ref #1021963876
