We had a hotel stay planned for a marathon in Memphis, but upon arrival, we found out the hotel was fully booked for an event, resulting in canceled reservations. The hotel stated they had notified third-party booking services. We had to contact customer service since we had prepaid for the rooms, yet no one believed our story, even though it was reported in the news. It’s been over a week since we were told to expect a response about our refund, and we continue to face delays. I cannot recommend this service for hotel or travel bookings.
