Do not ever use this company to book anything! They falsely advertise hotel rooms and will not refund you and blame the hotel. Paid for a room to sleep 8 people got to the hotel had a room made to sleep 4. I was told by a Members Deals rep that someone would be in touch within 1-3 hours. One week later after the vacation, I am told they can't do anything about it. Will be reporting them and do what I need to to get the refund for the amount difference.
