My online membership has been running for over 2 years on Wordpress, with MemberPress handling a key function: the subscriptions, and associated content access. It functions well and - more importantly - their support is amongst the best I've experienced in any Wordpress plugin. They are responsive and try their best to resolve your issue. What triggered me to write this review is the recent exchange I've had with Sinisa from their support team. She understood how the standard functionality didn't meet my needs (specific timezones involved) and worked with a developer colleague to create a short code snippet for me to use, which resolved the problem.It's not the first time that I receive top quality support from them and I want to commend them for that.Thanks Memberpress, and please don't replace your support staff by AI chatbots. Chatbots are useful and have answered a few simple questions of mine, but for complex scenarios we truly need a human behind.
