The customer service has been unresponsive. I placed an order for playlist promotion over two weeks ago for a Christmas song. Initially, they added my song to an unrelated playlist, which didn't generate many streams. After I emailed to express my concerns, I was told to wait a week for improvements, or we would discuss a refund. That week has passed, and despite multiple emails, I haven't received any response. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue, and I'm running out of time to promote my song before Christmas. I'm very disappointed with the service.
