They have to pre-approve your song. My song was not approved and they promptly refunded me. So in many ways its positive in the sense that if they cannot work your song, then you will get refunded. The sad part is that the "playlist" world has become the place to go for mood music. If you make instrumentals, you have great chances on getting on coffee shop playlists. But if you write vocal songs and are a bit original with your music, then they have a hard time getting you placed on a playlist.
