Every time I have a question or a request, I get a quick, courteous, and professional response. Thank you, team! Plus, when I feel stuck, I look into their resources and always find either a solution or a fresh idea while staying focused on my goals.

The support team at Membership.io has one of the fastest responeses in any online support I've ever experienced! And that says a lot. I'm fairly impatient but knowing that when I submit a question to their team, I will get a response back immediately which helps me move forward on my project asap. Although there'a few things I would love to see in terms of features - I also know that their dev team is releases new updates very often and I have no doubt this will be the best membership platform out there!
I signed up for a free trial with Membership.io but decided to cancel before it ended. The cancellation process was confusing — I had to click “activate” just to reach the cancellation page. Despite cancelling right away, my credit card was charged for the full annual plan.I contacted Membership.io as soon as I noticed the charge (about four days later), explained what happened, and requested a refund. They refused and referred me to their “no refund” policy.I would caution anyone to think carefully before even signing up for a free trial and providing their credit card information. I also found the interface clunky and not user-friendly.I also encourage you to read the other 1-star reviews describing the exact same experience.
I just switched to membership.io this year and it's been a great business choice. The platform is outstanding and a solid value. But just as importantly is their excellent support team. It's among the best … perhaps the best … that I've experienced among all of my business programs and apps. The team is knowledgeable and caring … and just as importantly they are speedy in replying and working with their customers! Remshar was amazing! He answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. He was so patient when I was confused and walked me through exactly what I needed to do.
