I placed an order on 11/24/25. By 12/15/25, I received a notice that my package was lost and was instructed to contact the seller. I reached out, but there was no response. I also tried the online support chat, but still heard nothing back. They have taken my money without any communication about a replacement or a resolution. This feels very concerning. It seems they also hide negative comments on social media when customers discuss their missing orders.
