I placed an order on 11/24/25. On 12/15/25, I received a notification that my package was lost and instructed to reach out to the seller. After contacting them, I received no reply. I also submitted a request through the online support chat, but still no response. They have taken my money without any updates regarding a replacement or resolution. This situation feels very concerning, and it appears they delete comments on social media regarding issues with missing orders.

I really like the bottles, but the customer service is appalling. The communication button doesn’t help at all, and the customer service team is unresponsive via email. Tracking my package has been a nightmare. Despite loving the bottles, I won’t be ordering again.

Promising delivery in 2-5 business days isn't realistic. I recommend the company set clearer expectations, especially during busy seasons. Communication needs a lot of work. While AI can assist in customer service, accurate shipping and tracking information is crucial. I participated in a fundraising campaign years ago and still use some of the products. Though I find the stainless steel version a bit pricey, I decided to purchase an A6. I hope as the company grows, they learn to manage their supply chain and communication better to avoid negative feedback.
It’s a scam. I ordered through their website, which promised delivery in 2-5 business days. On the 7th day, with no updates, I emailed them to inquire about my order. They informed me that the bottle I ordered was out of stock and they didn’t know when it would be available, then offered a full refund, which I agreed to but never received. I followed up but received no response and had to dispute the transaction with my bank.
Do NOT buy from this seller. They refuse to accept returns despite the clear 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law, using false hygiene excuses. This is unacceptable and an insult to customers. The product itself is disappointing: it smells of plastic, feels cheap, and the opening is too small for proper cleaning. Overall, an overpriced, defective product with no customer service and blatant disregard for consumer rights. My strong advice: stay away!
I ordered a product on June 25, and two weeks later, I still had no product. I canceled the order on their website but received no communication or refund. Thankfully, I used a credit card for the purchase, so while they may try to deceive customers, my credit card provider will help me get a refund.
