I placed an order on 11/24/25. On 12/15/25, I received a notification that my package was lost and instructed to reach out to the seller. After contacting them, I received no reply. I also submitted a request through the online support chat, but still no response. They have taken my money without any updates regarding a replacement or resolution. This situation feels very concerning, and it appears they delete comments on social media regarding issues with missing orders.
