I would give 0 stars if I could. Usually I would not leave negative reviews because everyone has their own opinion. The only reason I am this time is because I don’t want someone to experience what I have with this company. My mother in-laws cat passed away and I ordered a small 6 x 6 because her grave area is not that big. When I receive the product, it was horrible. The picture was blurry. You could see the pixel so clearly in the words you can see all the lines. It looks so bad. How can I give this to her and have her look at that every day with such poor quality. I made a complaint and the lady responded back to me that because I ordered a small size that is what I get. I told her she needs to state that on the website. For people that are already going through such a heartbreaking time. This is the last thing that they need to deal with is the poor quality of the product that they’re getting. Don’t waste your time with this company. Go find another company. There are many out there that are better. She ended up giving me a 20% credit and I’m going to go look for another company to make it.
