I am leaving this review to document my experience with Memphis Tours following a December 2025 booking.
While portions of the trip itself were delivered, there were material issues that were not adequately addressed afterward. Despite multiple written attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company—including providing clear timelines and opportunities to respond—I received no response by the stated deadline.
The lack of engagement post-trip, particularly when concerns were clearly documented and communicated, is disappointing and falls short of reasonable customer service expectations for an international tour operator.
I am sharing this review so prospective travelers can factor not only the tour experience itself, but also the company’s responsiveness and accountability when issues arise.
I would advise future customers to proceed with caution and ensure all expectations, contingencies, and post-trip remedies are clearly documented in advance.
