First off, the customer service is horrendous. How was I supposed to know the back of this outfit was plain with no pattern? They had the audacity to send me a photo showing a tiny part of the back, claiming it was sufficient proof. Their email communication and handling of online orders is just unacceptable. They also charge £6 for each return. I had to order in a rush due to personal reasons and ended up placing multiple orders—what a mistake! It's hard to believe sending an item back costs £6, making it seem like they're profiting off return shipping. No ethics at all. Additionally, the outfits are incredibly sheer, and they suggested it might be due to my skin tone. It’s the fabric that's sheer, not the wearer. The quality is poor; the outfits are thin and cheap. I'd steer clear of this company unless you can shop in-store, where customers seem to have had better experiences.
