Very disappointed with Memsaab this order. Have ordered many women's suits literally last year. This time not impressed at all. Two of the four items, quality not great, size not like before and nothing like the colour advertised for one of them. Kept two of them, however when returning the other two, I had to pay 6.00 pounds for each item, a total loss of twelve pounds for me. How this is justified, I don't know. Both items had to go in separate bags and 6.00 for each to be posted. Never will I be ordering from them again. Return's policy a complete rip off and a lovely money making scam for the company. Think before ordering from this company, please read return's policy first.

Additionally, the dress has a terrible chemical smell that just won't dissipate. They advertise it as handmade, but it’s evident that it’s mass-produced. The stitching appears to be done by machines rather than by hand. The price does not reflect the quality of the product, and I even bought it on sale! It was about £140 at full price, which is outrageous! The shop feels like a scam, as they include disclaimers to discourage complaints about their poor manufacturing. They seem focused only on profit with zero customer service. Truly disappointing!

I had a wonderful experience here. I ordered a dress last minute for a wedding, and when the delivery service failed to deliver it on time, the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. They contacted the delivery service immediately and arranged for a reattempt within the hour. The dress arrived just in time, fit perfectly, and looked stunning. Their customer service was exceptional during a stressful time. Highly recommended!
First off, the customer service is horrendous. How was I supposed to know the back of this outfit was plain with no pattern? They had the audacity to send me a photo showing a tiny part of the back, claiming it was sufficient proof. Their email communication and handling of online orders is just unacceptable. They also charge £6 for each return. I had to order in a rush due to personal reasons and ended up placing multiple orders—what a mistake! It's hard to believe sending an item back costs £6, making it seem like they're profiting off return shipping. No ethics at all. Additionally, the outfits are incredibly sheer, and they suggested it might be due to my skin tone. It’s the fabric that's sheer, not the wearer. The quality is poor; the outfits are thin and cheap. I'd steer clear of this company unless you can shop in-store, where customers seem to have had better experiences.
There's a great variety of clothing at competitive prices. The service was outstanding, especially from a staff member who clearly has a passion for fashion and ensuring you find what you need. The returns and exchange process was smooth and efficient. I will definitely shop here again, and I appreciate that they support charity by selling end-of-line items at discounted prices, with all proceeds going to charity. Great ethos, great service, great prices, and a wide selection!
