This is by far the worst dress I could have chosen for a wedding! Nearly £90 including delivery and it's falling apart. It arrived with loose beads, threads, and even holes in the fabric. Additionally, the dress has a terrible chemical smell that just won't dissipate. They advertise it as handmade, but it’s evident that it’s mass-produced. The stitching appears to be done by machines rather than by hand. The price does not reflect the quality of the product, and I even bought it on sale! It was about £140 at full price, which is outrageous! The shop feels like a scam, as they include disclaimers to discourage complaints about their poor manufacturing. They seem focused only on profit with zero customer service. Truly disappointing!
