The ordering process was simple and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the delivery was disappointing. I ordered several items as holiday gifts, but they arrived poorly packaged with tape and a label directly on the items, lacking any box or wrapping. All items appear damaged and unsuitable as gifts, likely due to moisture during transit. Removing the tape would further damage them. It's frustrating to receive such a poorly packaged order, especially after paying for delivery!
