Unacceptable experience with delivery

I’ve never encountered an issue before, but this time was different. I placed an order and paid for next day delivery, yet I still haven't received the item, and it’s now been three days since I made the purchase. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but each representative provided me with a different explanation. After discussing with one advisor, I agreed to wait a bit longer for tracking updates since I still wanted the items. However, a few hours later, I received an email stating that they had halted the shipment without my consent. When I contacted the courier, I discovered that the item was never even sent to them after I paid for next day delivery three days ago. The service has been terrible, and I will not be shopping here again!

Terrible quality products.

The products are of very poor quality. I purchased a slot machine online that pays out unexpectedly. For instance, slot 1 shows 7, while slots 2 and 3 show 3 bars, and it still pays out. How do these combinations warrant a payout? It's a complete waste of money. I won't be returning to this seller.

Frustrating experience with the return process for a faulty light

The service has made returning a broken light incredibly difficult. The light malfunctioned within a day. I provided the receipt, which they accepted, but then they requested video or photo proof of the issue, which I sent as well. After this, they sent me a return link, and everything seemed fine until I never received my refund. When I inquired via email, they claimed they hadn't received the item back and wanted a tracking number. Eventually, I located it and sent it over, but the item was still in transit with their chosen courier. I was puzzled as to why they needed the faulty item back. I asked for my refund, having complied with all their requests, but they insisted they needed a clearer receipt, despite me having already provided one that included all necessary details. After zooming in, they still claimed information was missing. I expressed my frustration, stating that this was becoming ridiculous, and that I would be sharing my experience publicly.

Received a clock instead of an alarm clock, but issue was eventually addressed.

I ordered an alarm clock as shown on the website, but I only received a regular clock. After sending an email with a picture of what I received versus what was advertised, I was informed that they needed to check with their warehouse. This took three days, and their response was simply, 'Would you like to return it?' After that, I didn't hear back from them. UPDATE
After following up based on another review's advice, the situation was handled more promptly, leading me to raise my rating from 1 to 3. While it's not ideal that it took a negative review to get a response, they did resolve the issue. Now, I still need to find an alarm clock!

Inadequate packaging led to a disappointing experience

The item arrived poorly packaged and was damaged, which my son discovered on December 1st, leaving him in tears. Since it was an advent calendar, we needed a replacement urgently. I reached out to the support team, but they stated that the item needed to be picked up before a replacement could be issued, showing no empathy. I was instructed to expect an email for the return arrangement, but it never arrived. Now it's December 10th, and I ended up purchasing a new calendar from a different seller for my very upset child. I will not be using this service again due to inadequate logistics and unsatisfactory customer support. In contrast, the replacement item from another seller was shipped in a box and arrived in perfect condition.

The ordering process was straightforward and easy. However, the delivery was quite disappointing. I ordered several items as holiday gifts, but they arrived poorly packaged, stuck together with tape and a label on top, without any box or wrapping. All items seem damaged and unusable as gifts, likely due to moisture during transit. Attempting to remove the tape would only cause further damage. It's frustrating to receive such a poorly packaged order, especially when delivery costs were covered!

Consider alternatives for gifts
