After this, they sent me a return link, and everything seemed fine until I never received my refund. When I inquired via email, they claimed they hadn't received the item back and wanted a tracking number. Eventually, I located it and sent it over, but the item was still in transit with their chosen courier. I was puzzled as to why they needed the faulty item back. I asked for my refund, having complied with all their requests, but they insisted they needed a clearer receipt, despite me having already provided one that included all necessary details. After zooming in, they still claimed information was missing. I expressed my frustration, stating that this was becoming ridiculous, and that I would be sharing my experience publicly.
