I’ve never encountered an issue before, but this time was different. I placed an order and paid for next day delivery, yet I still haven't received the item, and it’s now been three days since I made the purchase. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but each representative provided me with a different explanation. After discussing with one advisor, I agreed to wait a bit longer for tracking updates since I still wanted the items. However, a few hours later, I received an email stating that they had halted the shipment without my consent. When I contacted the courier, I discovered that the item was never even sent to them after I paid for next day delivery three days ago. The service has been terrible, and I will not be shopping here again!
