I was following Maya on TikTok for a while and after a lot of contemplating, decided to book in a call with her. I joined MBMs coaching programme straight after and was working with Ketsia over 16 weeks. Throughout this period I gained so much confidence and discipline. I’ve been going to the gym for years but would always find myself, at some point, demotivated or not going for weeks, sometimes months and then I’d lose all my gains. But since working with Ketsia my fitness and my health has become my number 1 priority. I’ve become so much stronger, seen many changes in my physical appearance and most importantly, my mental health. My programme ran through Ramadan and every year I struggle during this period due to eating restrictions and gym etc. But Maya and Ketsia are both really educated, my programme was tailored to me and they both gave great advice on how to make the most out of training during Ramadan. I have come across many online coaches and it’s definitely hard to tell who’s genuine, and who just spews a load of crap. But these girls are amazing, so relatable and REAL. The programme really felt like a community, we had so much fun in the group chats and there are others from different walks of life all there to support eachother. I would definitely recommend MBM to get to your goals quicker or even if you just need a little support. And if you love a scouse accent you’ll love these two for sure😂❤️
