I follow Maya on socials and absolutely love and look forward to her content. What stands out to me is how keen she is on educating herself on different cultures/religions etc so she can understand and connect with people from all walks of life, understanding their family dynamics, diets and responsibilities. Maya also covers training with health issues that alot of other female trainers don't really mention such as PCOS. I don't think I've ever seen her pushing a weight loss product or 'how to get a flat stomach and toned arms in 2 weeks' type of rubbish. Definitely recommend following and learn how to eat healthier/working towards reaching your body goals 👍🏻
