I ordered two knitted sweaters, but what I received were low-quality, printed, very thin garments that seemed to be made from synthetic materials instead of natural fibers like cotton or wool. When I reached out to the support team, they offered a refund if I returned the items or half a refund if I kept them. I opted to keep them and requested half of my money back. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received anything, just a series of excuses. I strongly advise against making a purchase here.
